Dr. Gerber is a Professor of Medicine at Yale University with extensive medical practice management and billing experience, who was a principle and developer of Coagucheck, a software company sold to Alere, specializing in managing patients with cardiac issues.
Mr. Brann has financial and investment banking expertise, having negotiated and structured mergers, acquisitions and financings. He has specific experience in U.S. healthcare finance, as well as the particular business challenges facing the U.S. mental health services industry. He is a graduate of U.C.L.A with a degree in Business Economics.
Prior to co-founding Inspira Financial, Robert Munro was CEO and co-founder of Chrysalis Capital – a public venture capital firm focused on generating superior shareholder returns through the creation of over a dozen unique Capital Pool Companies (CPC). Prior to founding Chrysalis, Robert lead the Data Essentials and Applications team at Rogers Wireless and was one of the original founding employees of Points.com - the world's leading reward-program management portal.
